After our little boy spilled my coffee our light colored couch I knew Ross was the one to call. He provided tips to prevent staining and set up an appointment the following morning. Our carpet and other furniture were due for a cleaning so we set that up as well. I ran some errands while Ross was at our house so as not to be in his way. When he was finished I received a confirmation text that the work was done, the house was locked up and our dog was safely inside. When I got home the house smelled amazing, there was no trace of the coffee stain, and the carpet was so clean and neatly groomed it appeared brand new. Definitely recommend!

My story: We were about to list our home for sale. We had 18 year old “white” carpet throughout our home. We had a dark brown liquid (lots of it) leak out of a freezer as we were moving it up our basement stairs. The stairs carpet is a light beige. We thought it would never come out. Ross was able to come the next day and the stain is virtually gone! You would only know it if you knew where to look. Amazing job of removing an impossible stain. Very impressive, Ross!
